We accept orders online through our website only.

I. Find the items you would like and put them in the shopping cart. You can do this by:

• Clicking on the item you are interested in
• Enter the quantity
• Clicking the ADD Button
• Verify Quantity and Click the Update Button at the bottom of your cart.
• When you have finished your shopping and are ready to purchase, click the green Final Checkout Button.

If you would like to remove items simply put a zero in the quantity box and click the update button at the bottom of your cart.

Once you proceed to the Checkout you are in our Secure Order Form.

II. Customer Registration

• Complete the Customer Registration Information such as your username and password.

  You may opt NOT to register and proceed through the checkout process. However you will receive future discounts next time you visit, PremierCigar.com

III. Complete your Billing and Shipping address.

NOTE: The billing address entered must correspond with the address on the credit card that will be used for payment. If these do not match your order cannot be processed.

Our preferred carrier is DHL . To change your shipping carrier please email us prior to ordering.

IV. Choose Your Payment Preference

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you are unable to use one of these methods or would like to make other arrangements, please contact us via email or by phone (800) 593.1218, and we will be happy to work out an alternative solution for you.

V. Click "Submit" When you are ready to complete your purchase

An invoice of your order will appear on the screen. You can print the invoice for your records at this time. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.

 

NOTE: A sales tax of 6% and an 18% tobacco excise tax will be applied to orders shipped to Indiana state addresses.

Shipping Options & Rates:

All orders are shipped same business day if orders are placed before 6:00 P.M. Depending on availability, if an item is out of stock we will upgrade the shipping service free of charge to match the original delivery date. Tracking information will be provided to you via email from our shipping partner.

For Orders shipping within the United States:

• DHL Priority Overnight

All shipments will have a tracking number. Please email us with your order number to obtain tracking information.

 

We will do our best to ship orders within 1 – 2 days of receiving them.

NOTE: Orders placed After 12 pm on Fridays or the day before a holiday will ship within 2 – 3 days.

Shipping Rates are computed depending on the weight of your order rounded up to the next pound and based on DHL Rate .

We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders received by 12pm EST on a weekday will be processed the same day.

Package Arrival time at your residence or business will vary depending upon location.

Product Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at PremierCigar.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition. For example, a partial box of cigars may not be returned.

Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise:

1. Send Premier Cigar the item in its original condition within 30 days.
